Michael Cirrone graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Video Production. Through his schooling, he has learned all aspects of video and digital filmmaking. He excelled at directing, producing, and editing. Also, he enjoys working in a team environment by assisting others in productions and acting in films. In his spare time, he works on his writing and illustrations for DVD covers. He is looking for a position that will incorporate his video skills and help him grow in the industry.
He is proud of his five‐minute piece, "Shady Hill", because he worked hard on the pre, field, and post production. As a result, he won an award for Outstanding Achievement from his school and got second place in his class, but decimals way from being first. Even though it was his best work so far, he learned that he could have done more with the project.

"Michael Cirrone was a student of mine at the Art Institute of Colorado. As a student, he demonstrated to me his passion for the cinematic language. Michael works hard and strives to grow and improve upon his work. He is not afraid to challenge himself and demonstrated this through improvement in his work through the years. It is my belief that he will greatly benefit from the opportunity to devote himself to conceptual development and execution of feature film formats through writing and directing. Michael is creative and has a unique and compelling point of view and this translate to his films."
